    Yamaha oil saver

Guys this is the honest to God truth, I've only bought 4 or 5 gallons of Yamalube in the last 5 years and that is the only oil I use. I've only changed the plugs once and that was last year. I wonder how long the motor will last? It is not like I'm a cheap bastad, I don't get the chance to go that often.Does that sound pity-ful Maybe it'll last FOREVER

Well, either you don't fish enough.......or you own a 9.9hp.

Maybe it's a 4-stroke and he's referring to the oil changes....

    Re: Yamaha oil saver (wildkat7)

I just picked up 2 cases ( 8x 1 Gal) yesterday and that'll all get used up fast enough. I put about 40 hours a year on my motor as i live way up north in Ontario.

I think he has the 150 VMAX carb which drinks the oil too. I don't use as much as yall only cause i fish a few times a month.

Oh yes I forgot to tell the most important part. The motor is a Yamaha 150 V-MAX and you all are right I don't use it enough.
