    Gun Show at Lamar-Dixon today.....

Man, you can find about anything you want at one of those things. I wanted a Kimber Crimson Carry and I found one, for $1050... Needless to say I didn't buy it, but I did end up buying me a Glock 27 40 cal.

I still want a Kimber 1911, but they are pricey. I like the Glocks, we have 3 now.

The prices at the show were no better than any of the gun shops in town, but I did get a deal on the Glock.

Which you could have got at a gun shop. There is a place in Denham called BJ Pawn that will beat almost anyone on a gun.I also noticed that Academy has everyday prices that beat most gun shops and you dont have to beg them to come off the price. My 45 was 50 bucks less at Academy after checking all over the place

I'm looking at the Taurus 809(black) 17+1 clip Any issues with jamming? I looked at the Sig but i want one with a safety on it. Just one other precaution with a pre-teen in the house.
