Got a 250 SHO coming on my new Puma FTD it should be delivered sometime in January. Larry Brumley PS. I am a sucker for new stuff I have previously bought two first year new technology outboards one of them being the best motor I ever owned the other being the worst. Go figure.
Can't wait to read your thoughts after you have had it for initial break-in. Also, how the hole shot and WOT on your cat. I currently have a 2010 PIV with HPDI and love it but am not sure if I want to got through the hassle of selling again. The motor sounds like the evolution that Bass fisherman have been waiting for. Keep us posted.
I have several Phoenix Bass boats on order with the new SHO as well.

The dealership I am on staff with has the first Skeeter FX/SHO combo on public display at our local fishing show this week. I like the looks of the engine and one thing that stood out is it seeems a couple of inches taller than a HPDI. I will try and measure cowling over the weekend to see if that is the case. I will get some pictures posted up too.
