08 Yamaha 115 carb dies when trying to get on plane

Well, its been a year now and my 115 carb motor has run pretty good no complaints up until last weekend. 2 weekends ago motor ran great last weekend it would die as soon as I gave it full throttle to get on plane. In June I changed the plugs, 10 micron fuel / water seperator, greased all fittings and changed out lower unit oil. June, July ran great no issues. Last weekend after the problem, I changed the plugs again, 10 micron filter and pulled the prop, went out again this am, and the same issue. The gas is only about 4 weeks old and is the same tank of gas that ran fine 2 weekends ago, i use stabel green and seafoam in every tank. I took it over to local yamaha shop this am and left her. I am waiting on a callback, they did state that fuel related issues are not covered by the YES warranty.
also this motor burns up plugs every 3 months or so... that cannot be normal..
any thoughts....

Fuel pumps may be leaking or sucking air or maybe there's a problem with a fuel line/bulb.

Its the carbs they need to be rebuilt and cleaned,, thanks to the ethenal fuel, even with adding sea foam, stabel and having the 10 micron filter... just got the call from the yamaha shop. also they stated it is running way too lean and they are adressing that too.
