25txp to trade

I have a 25P Yamaha prop...it's not a T1, but I think it's the Yamaha Pro Series prop.....it needs a little work, but you can have it if you want it. I don't have the thrust washer, but I'm sure they are not that expensive.

its not to much i run about 69 with it but midrange is little low .my 27t1 want turn about 5450 running about 71 .i was going to try a 25t1 to see if i can get my rpm up alittle and little mph. the t1's to me have a great midrange about 4800 running about 60 mph.

Sounds like the set up needs to be tweaked. Plus, a 25 TXP has more pitch than a 25 T-1, so it will be harder to turn.

i turn the txp about 5900.

What boat, motor, and gear ratio?

sorry a 2006 xz250 with a 250hpdi gear don't know

The gears is a 1.75. You are at about 16-17% slip, which is way too much. That is why your performance is not as good. You need to go up and down with your motor till you find the sweet spot and it will run alot better.

TXP, don't give up on it yet. It will beat the T-1's 9 times out of 10 in performance.
