After all the action on the "BEND" this past weekend, I Hope they all don't have sore mouths from all that combat this past weekend....... maybe a weeks worth of rest will have them ready to bite again.........

I think I would try and throw things they have never seen in a while or before......
Dance's Eel, Heliocpter lure, Banjo lures, baby brush hog.....ete..........

I still to this day catch fish on the Dance's eel and that's no joke.... laugh if you want to...... but it was a form of swim baits way before it's time.....

And you know that I have a boat full of those baby brush hogs too! They just happen to belong to a guy named Bayou Bandit.......I wonder if he needs them before the BFL....... If he is real nice, he can pick them up on Wed. morning on his way to the Big Bend.........

Speaking of Dance's Eel. Around 30 years ago, not knowing any better i bought 2 packs of Tubby Eels. One crawfish colored and the other fire tiger. I was whupping the guys i was fishing with at the bend, and i didn't know chit about fishing if it wasn't in the marsh or bayou. Well the whupping lasted until the 3 tails for the crawfish bait were gone. My 2cents worth!!!!
