Leaving in the morning for TB to finish up with the painting. Have promised myself about a week of nothing but fishing, light the pit every nite, pop the cork as a reward for the marathon wash/paint job.

Mom and Dad will be there, but I won't. It's the annual Houma Oilman's Invitational Rodeo in Cocodrie this weekend...starting Thursday. I should be in an alcoholic coma by Sunday.
Saint I,ll prolly still be on a ladder then but if you get a chance drop by. I won,t be far from the paint.

Just got back from 2 days at the bend. Very windy and tough going. We caught a few, but it was not easy. We stopped by TBJ's place to say hello. That is the first time actualy got to meet him in person. I have talked to him several times via the computer and phone. He is a super nice man. I am sad to hear that he is selling his place. Saint.
