    For you Deer Hunters

Just got the call. LDWF has approved the use of the 4570 and 444. Hurry up and sell your black powders now, and cut your deals on the new one's.

Seasons won't be ratified for a couple months yet, in addition to the fact that the legislature has to redefine "primitave weapons" to say "primitive arms"....don't sell anything quite just yet.,.... same thing happened last year but fell through....

Yea and the word I'm getting now is it may only be the 4570 and not the 444. Of course the 444 is the one I chose to get, good thing I hadn't bought it yet. But according to who I talked to it's a done deal, but then you never know.

I think there's only two and H&R is one of them. Don't remember right now who the other is.

I have a 45-70 in a Ruger No. 1, one sweet shooting gun. H&R makes one also.... i believe that you can find a few Sharps reproductions in the 45-70 also.
