KBFN Spring Meeting

Howdy all.......just curious if I had missed the announcement of date and location? I would post this question on the KBFN message board if I were able to access it with the password/info I received. NOT hating on anyone! Been there and done that. The fastest way to draw criticism is to volunteer to help with the State board! LOL! I am assuming that the remaining info regarding the 2012 schedule will be announced at the meeting. I understand the negotiation process is still underway.

Again, not hating on anyone-simply frustrated with the situation. In fact, at our club meeting last Tuesday evening, Sandhills Bassmasters voted to "wait and see" before submitting dues to State and National. Communication is at an all-time low, in our opinion. To illustrate that point, I would point out that all of you are reading this post on a site designed for selling bass boats- NOT on our own damn website. Gentlemen,that in itself should suffice to conclude my post. Any info will be appreciated!

Hey guys, thanks for your patience. Don should be announcing the site for the make-up Qualifier in the next day or two. As most of you know, the dates for all of our 2012 events have been posted for a month or so. I'll be announcing the location for Mr. Bass and the regular Qualifier very soon. I know Don is also working on a date/location for the spring meeting. I apologize for the delay, but I've got all my brushpiles in, and the fish figured out from months of pre-fishing....it should be a great Qualifier!

Ahhhh Hell i sent Don an Email a month and a Half ago ,, haven't seen a reply on it either .. Maybe he just don't want to talk to me

Jeff-thanks for replying.Like I said- ain't hatin', LOL! For the record, I have not been able to access the message board for at least a cpl years.In fact, through the last 2 host changes. I hear from time to time others that have the same issue. I understand that it went through some security breaches,but to lock it down to that degree prohibits or at least slows the very reason we have it in the first place- to exchange info with our fellow members. Thanks,again!

I crawled out from under my mushroom tonight and visited some "foreign" message boards, where I discovered that I was still popular. Maybe not in the most favored sense, but that's okay.

I thought I might refresh our members memories on how to obtain and retain an access login to the K.B.F.N. Website. We don't have an automated "sign-up/log-in" procedure. So let me walk you through the steps:

1) Only members in good standing or approved guests are allowed to have access to post on our website. The website can be viewed by the general public.

2) Access can be obtained by simply sending me an e-mail including your name, e-mail address and the Kansas affiliated Club that you hold membership with. I will normally respond within a few hours, after confirming your membership, with your username and password.

3) You need to log in at least one time in the calendar year to keep your access current.

Please feel free to contact me if further instructions are needed.
