Leveling 150 ProV on manual jackplate???

Can someone tell me how to safely level a motor on a jack plate? If you are looking at the boat from the rear, you can see the motor is cocked a little. Upon further inspection, there are two bolts on each side of the jackplate in slots that based on where you tightened the bolts, it would determine the height of the motor on the plate. You can see the distance is a little lower on one side like it slipped down a little on one side. Not sure if maybe a pot hole jarred it or it just loosened a little and slipped. Anyway, you can see there is room to adust it to make it level . .I am just not sure of the best way to do it.
    Any advice or tips welcome.

Loosen one side and turn the screw to raise or lower (what ever that side needs to do) until it is level then tighten the side bolts back up. I also unload the adjustment screw(turn the opposite way until it is no longer tight) after tightening the side bolts.

I'm not familiar with that plate. Mine has a bolt (screw) in the middle to adjust the height. I think yours you just turn the big nut on the side with the ratchet mech. to raise or lower. I would think that it would work the same way though.
