I can't fathom what's going on with your engine. Exactly where is the oil coming from? Does it seep past the threads of the sparkplug?
When were the plugs changed last? maybe try putting a new set in to start.

I would imagine the ceramic of the spark plug is cracked.

ok, looks like the plug might have been loose in the past. or is damaged. either way i'm installing new plugs tomorrow.
I showed it to my uncle who's one of those certified mechanics and he said it was no biggie, just make sure the plugs are tight when i install a new set. :) that makes me feel better.
