The KBFN currently has 50/50 matching money for conservation projects. The Conservation Director is Ken Peaker and his contact info is on our website. He would have all the details, but at our last business meeting he explained that if you submit a plan and he approves it (he has certain guidelines he has to follow), then he reimburses your club when the project is done. It's worth a call.
Jessie, contact your local concrete plant, that's what our club did. Their trucks come back with leftover concrete. We filled five gallon buckets, and some plastic pots we got from a landscape company. Like Brad said, KBFN Conservation will pick up half the cost of materials.
Put a short piece of Dog Chain in the top of the Bucket to tie to... that way if there is any movement with the brush it won't break like wire will![]()
