LM are getting on beds here but not locked on yet, watched a few at my parents place chasing off the bluegill all afternoon.

Atleast for me, my parents live on a 7 acre lake in Olathe, as long as its not too windy and hasn't rained, it can get real clear, at times you can see 5ft down, most of the LM spawn in no more than 1-2 ft of water along my parents north shore.

Well, in this particular spot it is anything but rare to see to the bottom as if you were looking through glass; 27 feet. Currently it is slightly murky but you can still see smallies swimming on the bottom if you look hard enough.
