I am going to try to get out this next Saturday march 27th and need some help. I have heard good things about both of these lakes, but which one would be better this time of year. The guy I'm goin with lives in pamona and doesn't want to travel more than an hour. If anyone knows of any other good lakes let me know. Any help would be great, I just wanna get out and catch some fish. Thanks guys!
I have been to both and would lean more toward Lyon co between those two.

Lone Star for me as well...great little lake that has some good fish in it.
