    Preping for Winter Fishing

Man, I really, really, really need to take inventory more often. Seems like I continue to forget what I have in the boat, and I was doing pretty good with 10" worms this past summer and so I guess every time I was in BPS or somewhere I picked up a pack or ten... Getting all the summer stuff out last night I took out two Plano tubs full of 10" worms and two Wal-Mart type bags full to the top of 10" worms, frogs, toads, etc... I bet I took out 25 pounds of plastic. Maybe I'll be 1 MPH faster this weekend! Mental note to self, stop buying crap I don't need!

Ahhh... But I'll be brilliant if there's ever a national shortage of 10" worms. I'll be seeling them for $100 a pack on e-bay!

Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!

The problem is the 21' tackle box, you never run out of room

Re: Preping for Winter Fishing (Hydrilla Gorilla)

Boy, I need to get out there and do some housecleaning myself. Haven't had the boat out for a good while now but I fished two TXs as a non boater and had to pack up mobile bags and gear. I currently have tackle strung all over the boat. I did pretty good this year not buying plastic as I probably kept it under $100(yea right) which included a 100ct bag of 10" red shad Power worms. I need to stock up though on a few select UV baits and I also got me a certificate to stop by Chompers next time I'm down at Table Rock. My plastics budget for next year will be a challenge..... I hope $100. The bait monkey probably has other ideas.
