    Water Pressure @ lower RPM's

I have a 04 225 hpdi on a skeeter zx225. At WOT (5700-5900rpm) I get about 15psi, but when I'm doing 4000-5000 rpm's I'm only seeing 8-10psi. The faster I go the more water pressure it seems I get. Is this normal for the water pressure to be that low at lower speeds/rpms?

    Thanks

Normal. Minimum of 4 psi @ idle. Minimum of 15 psi @ WOT.
