    Changing Lower Unit Gear Lube

Ok guys I know I am not the only one that has run into this. I got an '02 Carb'd 150 that I decided to change the LU gear lube in today. Drained it and was getting ready to hook up the plastic pump that came with the Pennzoil kit that I've used many time on my now departed Johnson 150 and found the the screw in part of the pump is too big for the drain port of the lower unit. Who sells a pump or an adapter that fits so I don't have to squeeze it in?

    Thanks in advance,
    Eric

Same here. The pump is just a cheap plastic one. Mine lasted a few years and crapped out this year, but it saves more money than it costs.

Re: Changing Lower Unit Gear Lube (slapshot)

I have the same problem with my 2007 F60
My lower unit pump came with 3 fittings and none of them fits :(
I tried Basspro web site but can't find it there
    same with Cabelas.
