I do too.....at least if its cooked right. I have tried ordering it a few times @ restaraunts and always come out overcooked. I like mine to sear on the Skin side for a few minutes longer than most like to.....that way the skin falls right off when you turn it & all you have to do is cook other side for a couple minutes & she is done![]()
