    hope the wind don't blow
Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!

I may be there as well on Saturday...not sure yet. Buddy and I went a couple weeks ago and the water was barely breaking 50 on the main lake by the end of the day. Caught a few 15 to 16" smallies and one 15" spot. Kind of slow but hopefully it will pick up. Getting ready for the new circuit Logan is putting on. Casey you are fishing that right?

I was thinking Hillsdale or Melvern too, until I see the wind is going to blow 20-30 with gusts to 40 ....... ........

sounds like you better launch on the south side and when the wind starts picking up get back over to the south side.. Good Luck and Be Safe

Wow it was a windy one out there... launched from the marina and hugged the south side of the bank. We just scoped out areas and found a few cool things with the SI

    Re: Melvern (bigfishingstud)

Try it sometime when the wind is out of the West/Soutwest. I was there once in an 18ft Ranger and was all the way at the west end of the lake when the wind came up and thats one of a few times I was worried about making it back to the marina. It was a hairy ride. I speared several waves on the way back luckily it was warm out.
