    Black Stainless Steel Prop ?

    Guys,

I have a 130 V4 Yamaha. Long story short I hit something and I'm having the lower unit replaced. Yes, Progressive is paying the bill. Service manager calls and the boat is ready. He mentioned the the prop is black. I inquired, is it stainless and he replys yes. Maybe I've missed something over the years. Does Yamaha make a black ss prop?
    Thanks
    John E

Yes, Yamaha makes black SS props. I think it would run better with the Pro series "K" model.

    Mike,

Thanks again, and for the tip on the Pro series. I did a search on ebay and what an education it was.

The "K" series would be the best choice.

What pitch do you need? I have a couple of "K" series props that have been test run for sale.
