My personal experience the lakes that have an 18" length limit arn't worth fishing anyway. Get rid of them so you don't have to mess with bass pass. Lakes: Wilson, Cedar Bluff, Milford, El Dorado to start.

Don't know are Perry and Pomona 18" lakes? Hillsdale, Melvern, and Big Hill are 18" Never fished Hillsdale but Melvern and Big Hill suck anyway.

Also some don't have the luxury of living on the border so they can go fish in MO when ever they please.
