I have an idea. I'm not a big fan of the shock collar, but this is the perfect place to use one. Put the collar on the dog when you know that a UPS,Postman, fed-ex, etc. deliveryman is going to drop off a package. Sit and waint until the dog goes for the box then zap him real good. Might take a few times, but if you do it right he'll change his ways.
