99 225 vmax oil fouling plugs

My motor will foul a set of plug in a day. Changed all 3 fuel pumps, cleaned the O2 sensor and need help to figure out what to do next. Seems to foul faster while I am at low RPM's, if I am running high rpm's it seems to be doing fine until I shut it down. I have noticed the linkage nut that I think regulates my oil mixture (below the fuel pumps) is loose enough I can turn it by hand. I'm thinking this may be my problem, but I don't know the correct setting. Any input would be appreciated.

Adj the oil pump rod to 10K of an in away from the stop at idle.... Put in BR8HS10 plugs instead of BR9HS10's... Your fouling will be over. Search "yamaha oil pump"

My boat had the BR9HS10 plugs in it, whats the difference in the BR8HS10? Do they burn hotter?

Also I dont know how you run it but if you let it idle for more than a minute your chances of fouling are greater.I always shut mine off when sitting and especially waiting to put it back on the trailer.
