My dad and I went to change the primer bulb on my boat. After loosening the clamp on the fuel line, the bulb seemed to get harder. After pumping the bulb, my dad said that it was as hard as it was supposed to be. When I went to crank the boat, it would not fire, just spin over. My dad said there looked like there was fuel on the outside of the air intakes, so we pulled the plugs and there was fuel on them. So he said it was flooded, but couldnt rule out the possibility that the plugs were fouled. So, I guess there is no chance that the bulb or the pump diaphragms are messed up, since I have too much fuel. Any advice or ideas what to check?
