OK............I know there was talk about Who was doing what...........I dont think any of us are going to go hungry but I know that some of us (me) Wouldnt feel right if you all brought the food & we just ate it all


I know I mention before I was bringing a small amount of stuff.....IE.... Giant Buffalo Wings maybe a few steaks?.......Some stuff for BnG...........and atleast half a cooler full od Sam Adams


I remember seeing that Jiggy was thinking about loading his Treager up for some grilling & I know enough liqour to kill a Rhina

Tater(Country) mentioned Loading up some Pork as well.

as far as the rest.....I cant recall right now Who was doing what.


So lets get a thread going here so we all know if there is anything else we(or someon) bneeds to get...........Like a Tater Salad or something..............I know most of us could Feast off nothign bu MEAT & BEER........but jsut wanted to see where we all are going to go with this!!!!

I am smoking a brisket, 2 Boston Butts, and huge recipe of my secret beans on my Traeger. There's room for more if you want to smoke something.(This is low temp cooking at, say, 250 degrees all day long. This will feed quite a few hungry mouths. The kitchens are fully equipped, but an extra gas or charcoal grill or two would be good if regular grilling is to take place.

If someone wants to bring some buns for pulled pork sandwiches and any other fixings such as a great BBQ sauce, relish, appetizers, etc... be my guest!

Jason..............I got the BBQ sauce thing covered we have a place here in Lincoln that has some of THE BEST sauces around........I'll make sure to pick up a few bottles on my way out tomorrow

I'll bring my buns for everyone to enjoy as well

i'v got a good sized crock pot full of pulled pork ready to go, i just smoked it over the weekend so i will bring that, I also have a road trip grill i can bring if needed to cook burgers or brats or anything like that. it dosnt take up much room so it will be in the truck and a cooler of miller lite

I picked up a bunch of chips and dips today. I also went to the doctor today and am now officially off the antibiotics. The reason that's a important this is ----- I can now drink !!!

Jason - how many buns do we need?? I can pick them up when I buy adult beverages, as well as grab some KC Masterpeice.

2 or 3 packages maybe?? If anyone has a good idea for an add'l side, I'm just doing the bean concoction, so some sort of extra side may be useful.

I will throw a couple of sides in for everyone also, a couple bottles of the good stuff and a cooler full of exotic brews. I'll have a bag or two of charcoal incase we need it and I usually carry a microwave and a coffee pot after the Grand Lake fiasco when we showed up and our room had neither!

I got 2 packs of buns last night as well..........there good ones & 12 per bag...........so I have 24 total for now!!!

I did not get the chance to get any BBQ sauce yet but I will try & get some B4 hiting I-80 this afternoon..................wasnt going to make it to my Favorite place B4 they closed last night

Bob...........how does Oktoberfest Beer sound?............I was going to get some Spaten but didnt want to be the ONLY one drinking it otherwise I thought about some Harvest Ale from Goose Island but this will do

I have a VA appointment this morning and after that I will hit my special store that sells the imports and I'll pick up a few items. I'm pretty sure I saw the Otoberfest there. If not you'll suffer through some Cut Throat Porter or something. Are you getting Sauce? I can go by the KS store and pick up some Gates if I need to.

Yea me too. I'd be there to meet you all if I didn't already have 2 and maybe 3 back to back tourneys this month already. Flint Hills is going to Mozingo on the 11th and I had to say no to that too. Sucks
