    La Cygne help

I know its early but I'm headed down to La Cygne for 4 days the end of October. Been there a couple times and always do great with numbers but can never seem to find the larger fish. Any ideas on where to fish and what to fish with? I know its probably kinda hard to say yet cause alot will depend on the temps between now and then but any suggestions are most welcome! Thx!

I haven't fished it that time of year. I have fished it in Feb and March. Some of our best fish come off of the dam. Most of them come from the overflow to about 100 yds to the west along the dam. Aslo fish the rip rap around the power plant. If the water temp isn't too cool, for LaCygne, there is a laydown in the marina cove right across from the ramp that usualy holds a few good fish. I've caught 2 6lbs and a few 4lbs off of it. Those are the places I have caught fish. Hope this helps.

Thx for the suggestions Chad! I've never fished the dam there. was told by someone the first time I went down to fish the road that leads to the power plant. I usually do ok there but can never get into any of the "good ones!" I'll give your suggestions a shot! Thx again!

IM sent and I also second what Bob said as well. Also the marina area can hold some good fish as said above.
