OK, who else is planning to fish this weekend ?? I am going either to Truman to practice for an upcoming tournament or to a local lake where I can actually catch fish.

Ray-Heard Big Hill is in pretty rough shape, especially the roads leading there. Be careful! The fish should be biting!

Can't, Trolling Motor broke during last tourney so boat will be in the shop. Spending Sunday with the kids, maybe some bank fishing somewhere.

If the lake stays calm, I might drag the kids out for a boat ride if they want.. I had thought of heading your way to go to Bass Pro, but have been busy with the disaster relief program here on Post.

Headed to Smithville to practice for the Burtons Tourney on Sunday.
Daughters softball tournament in Chanute all day sat., but the diamonds are right next to Santa fe lake so I just might have to take a rod with me.
Not this weekend. Olathe Bass Club is doing a kids fishing derby Sat at Cedar Lake and a fund raiser Sun at Bass Pro. Hope to make it to Banner Creek the 21st and then Grand lake the following weekend. Good luck to ever one who is fishing.
Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!
was about to head to the lake when i got a call for work sayin i had to chalk out 49 hail damaged roofs! So any of you guys that got drilled with hail or need a new roof give me a shout!!!
