Prop shaft seal?

2000 225 Vmax. A couple of weeks ago I picked up some fishing line on a 2 mile run. Noticed it when I put on the motor toter. The line came out fairly easy, and I am 99% sure all of it came out. Should I be worried about the prop shaft seal? If so, how hard is it to replace? Is there anything I can look for to tell if the seal has been damaged?

I wouldn't worry too much, at worse you could always take an oil sample after a couple trips, and watch for oil leaking. I'll guess you're probably just fine though.
