public duck hunting.

looking to do a little duck hunting in kansas since its hot and no ducks in ark. maybe someone could point me in the direction of some public land or some land i could get permission to hunt. plan on takin my brother before he goes to iraq. need to scout up a good place or at least a place we can see some. any info would be appreciated.

thanks, guess ill be hitting up the local wal-mart early saturday for the stuff. i already have the federal so thats takin care of.
