Dardanelle is a good drive but if it is in the spring I will be there in a heartbeat. That has to be the best lake I have ever been on.

When Ben and I went there we brought in 15 pounds and that was enough to get us 16th place in a 40 boat T. There is nothing like sight fishing for 6-8lbers in the weeds.
I'll be in for Dardanelle, but hopefully not in a pink dress! Only about a hundred miles more than the trip to Grand.

Its a good fun lake. I was lucky enough to grow up five minutes from one of the free ramps. Wish we had something like it near Wichita, Kansas. You do need to follow the markers in the main channel. The creeks is where you will see the guys tearing up the lower units ever major BASS tournament.

Yeah, it is a little far. Six hours one way to the ramp they plan on using. Five and a half to dads and the ramp I used for the lake.
YEAH................you gotta remember though................Its AT LEAST 6 hours one way for me to get to ANY Larger bodies of water within this region.............sometimes longer

LOZ would be a great place... but it has to be the right time of year.... look out for the big boats
