Well, we made it back from Montana.
Short version because I am buried here at work.
Had great weather all week. Not a drop of rain, temps in the 70's and 80's and no humidity. It was gorgeous.
Karla and I caught a bunch of trout flyfishing. Went on a guided trip one day on a drift boat and then winged it the rest of the time. He got us onto some fish, we learned the current fly patterns and type of water they were holding in and we took it from there. Unfortunately, Karla forgot to charge the digital cameraand also forgot the charger at home

and then proceeded to take the 35mm SLR for a swim

Went whitewater rafting. It was our first time ever in a two person inflatable kayak without a guide--just her and I. We were travelling downriver with a raft company in case something went wrong. Karla took a swim on one of the big rapids. I DO have pics of that.which will be posted shortly. I forgot the CD at home.
Other than that, the usual hiking and stuff. Stayed in two old 1910 and 1912 resorted lodges from the Great Norther Railways days located at each entrance to glacier National Park. Huge old log structures. Pretty cool.
