A day on the lake with the Stud

Me, "The Stud" and Matthew went to Yates Center this morning and although it was pretty slow for most of the day we did manage to catch a few. Of course as you can see I had the biggest and most bass. It was really good to get out and enjoy the outdoors and good friends.

what a day we had,,,, catching fish with friends ,, then watching KU lay the smack down on UK,, then to the local pond to whack some more bass,,, and a couple glasses of some Maker's Mark ,,

Looks like you had a good time. I was fishing this weekend in shorts!!! Biggest one on Sat went about 19" close to 4lbs. Sunday I went early with the wife and got SKUNKED,0,NADA,ZILCH. They don't seem to be biting till around 11 A.M. when the water warms up a couple degrees. We went early and had a nice time! Been along time since she got her butt out of bed befor daylight to go fishing! To her!

ya had a couple of fish from the pond that where between 4 4 1/2 pounds adn woundn't you know it stud left the camera at home

What did the fish at yates seem to want to take lure wise?

rattlin rapala, shakey head, spinnerbait,, jigs and jerkbaits

SUNDAY,, that would of been the day you said you were feeding turkeys

nope...instead of feeding turkeys i was feeding the toilet....puking my guts out all day long....not a fun thing
