I hear Perry is hot right now. A source told me they caught over 100 white bass and a good bag of largemouth this week. I gotta get our club talked into going there again.![]()

I fish for crappie and white bass there and can catch some good ones but really havent tried for the largemouth I go other places for that.I have seen several reports about people catching nice ones there.I look at that lake for bass and wonder where to begin.
No bass in Perry and the ones that are there aren't biting! Catch them whites and throw them on the bank for the coons!

Thats an odd statement. Fished it a few weeks past and caught several nice bass with nice shoulders on them.
The rip raps are a good place to start. Add some wind and you'll have some Perry bass.
Nope. Not at all an odd statement. Sure ain't no bass on the rip raps either! Ya'll keep on fishin' that dead sea over west.Leave Perry alone! And Rodney, you stay in MO buddy!!!!

Absolutely no fish up that old river that feeds Perry!!!! Plus it's hard for "out of towners" to find their way up there. Gotta know where the stick ups are above the ozawkie bridge to be able to save your lower unit!
Much to risky of an adventure, best to stay out of the river!
