    Good to be home

Well finally made it back into town around 4 today. 2200 miles and a billion corn fields later. Definitely good to be back, I see it is still hot and dry. Went out to the garage and petted the Ranger for a bit to let her know I hadn't forgot about her, hope to get out this week and wet a line.

Well time to finish laundry and catch up on...well other stuff. I'll try and get back up to speed on the BBC happenings tomorrow.

Went right through the heart of all the best goose hunting in the Midwest... Did get a line on more snow goose ground in NWMO, so to answer your question, yes.

On another note, saw 23 honks fly over the house this evening...it's getting closer...

What about the early season coming up? Whens that and did they make it in other areas or is it just the usual places?

That KDWP meeting should be coming up within a week or so. I have heard it could go either way, some guys say there is no way it will get opened up everywhere and others say it is a done deal. Sure hope it is everywhere...

    Tim,
Not to hijack, but we're fishing Wilson on August 20th. Not sure on the pairings as far as you're concerned. You'll have to check with Blaha.

Good deal, as far as I know I will be able to make it. Any word on pairings Mike?
