It is extremely hard to hire people to do that kind of work or the work we do. We live in an extremely lazy a$$ society, and nobody wants to actually work to earn a living, not to mention they never ever learned how to work to begin with. We pay starting labor 9 to 10 dollars an hour with all the overtime they can stand and can't hardly find a swinging d#$k to work for us. I can imagine the masonry trade being even tougher. Of course you'd have to pay me a lot to put up with you Melvin.

i did it for 5 years before I left and I ma here to tell you thig guy wins the stupid person of the centruy. It is the only guy that tells you he sis a druggy and then tells you who his drug dealer is. The sometime about calling to get drugs from 911 ya that smart if I got 9-10 dollars to work I would probley still be there. then again mabye not

I worked construction when I was in college and just about everyone smoked pot on the job. Kind of scary considering some of them were driving dump trucks and stuff.
