Your motor was purchased on 9-21-98 by the Pattersons of Russell Springs KY.
There were 2 power heads, 3 carb, 1 fuel pump, and 1 encoder wheel replaced during its warranty period.
Don't know who was working on it but sounds like that dealer may have needed a better Tech.
