Have a 150 HPDI, how often do you guys change your filters? Should I use Yamaha filter or a subsitute?
Filters should be replaced yearly based on use. I personally would not use anything but yamaha replacement parts, especially if the motor is still under warrentyu
If you have a Racor filter prior to the motor you probably won't have to replace any of the filters. I've got about 700 hours on my filters and they're still clean and trouble free.
