Interesting... I wondered what was up with him leaving the scene when I first heard about it.
Glad they found out who it was and are going after him. It is a shame that a 19 year old was operating the boat in the first place and has now possibly thrown his life away, plus two others he destroyed.
Got to keep your head on a swivel out there.....it was crazy at the state tourney a few weeks ago......it's a shame to me that you have to have to take tests to get a license to operate a vehicle on the road, but you only have to write a check to operate a boat on the water....
