Me and a buddy fish it old school today (off the bank) We fished at Ky Dam Marina in the parking lot throwing to the tree tops, caught a 5,couple of 3's and some 2's
Pretty darn fun!! there was a guy there just wearing out the redears and blue gills.
Oh and I did manage to get the worst backlash in the history of baitcasters
if anyone has any dynomite laying around I might need it to try to break the birdsnest loose

Yea we were kinda joking about that, saying I can catch a limit in the parking lot and I probally would have zeroed if the BFL hadnt been cancelled

Did they still have the two big barrers up with the sign that said no fishing lakes closed?
They had the barrels up, but it didnt say anything about not fishing.
It just said lakes closed to rec boaters until further notice
