    Cave Run?

Anybody catching any fish up there? Bass, Musky, Crappie, doesn't matter. My old man is taking off work this week to do some fishing with me and I want to put him on some fish. Not looking for any spots, just some pattern info. Any help is appreciated. Seasor, I know you will say go somewhere else (and usually I would), but right now the Run is the best option around here with all the rain.

I been fishin' for all 3 off and on for past couple weekends some. Before cold snap musky fishin' was ridiculous, caught 5 last weekend w/ about 12 follows, thats only in about 6 hrs fishin. Crappie are up in standing timber, if u can run river u are gravy w/ nice white crappie. As far as bass, caught 3 nice slots yesterday fishin for ski's on flats. Give the warm weather about two day and u will be good to go. Water temp on top is abt 63 deg. Lake is lowering so be careful. Saw a nice 5lber suck in a musky bucktail yesterday in about 1 ft of water. When it warms bait is movin real shallow, u will see minners jumpin everywhere. G-luck d-bag.

Yeah, the suck factor can really hurt the bite, did you have any luck at all, crappie, musky, bass, what about the whites....I went to the Ohio yesterday, got the river table-fare grand slam, sauger, walleye, and crappie.
PS Kyle, how do I post pics on here?????

they have to be hosted on a site like photobucket or shutterfly or something. Go to the host page, right click on the properties, copy the image location in the properties then come here and click the mountain picture which gives you a [IMG][/IMG] then paste the image location b/w the two [IMG][/IMG]

Thanks, ended up pulling it out with this Saturday's total of 5.72lbs. I have been throwing a bandit 200 crankbait in standing timber. I had to fish the standing timber parallel to the bank and kept the boat in about 15 ft of water. Rootbeer/Chartruse(msp) crank. Right at 15lbs total for 2 Saturdays is not that bad for the Cave and I had a blast.

Congrats Thanks for the info too. I am assuming you were fishing timber up in the river?
