soft plastic storage

I would like to know what everyone uses for their soft plastics. I just got my first big boat, a 1993 BC P2 and was wondering what is the best way of storing stuff. I'm using a small duffle bag right now and really dont like it to much plus their isnt alot of storage on this boat compared to the new ones. So any help please

P.S. I am looking at getting a flippin deck ext. for it this winter

I keep mine in Tupperware storage boxes. I cleaned out out my boat Monday (trim pump motor stuck a brush) and there were 12 of them in there, all full of soft plastics.

I do basically same thing. Plus you can get some cheap ones at Wal Mart too.

I use a large plastic container and split them into categories in 1 gallon hd ziplocks.

I think mine were about $3 EACH from walmart

As the other folks stated, I keep my baits in the original plastic bag stored it rubbermaid containers (yes, from Wal-Mart). I have one for worms/flukes, one for beavers/tubes and one for brushhogs/craw imitations. Somewhat organized so I don't have to riffle through each box trying to find what I need. I've tried Plano boxes and soft siders but found this to keep the baits the best and easiest to get to.

I believe I went with the Plano 3731 boxes. They are basically about the depth of two of the Plano 3700 series boxes, but have no dividers inside. I like to be organized. And believe me, with all of the soft plastics I have, it took me a while to figure out what would be the best way for me.

Plus, many boats have storage areas that accept a plano 3700 series size box.

got mine at lowes, they work great. Take a piece of white tape, and write what is in them, and it makes it even better.

Nice deck extension KY 374V... I went to big lots and got those sterlite containers for $1 that people store shoes in... Lined the sides of my middle box with them... Ill get a pic but it definitely helped maximize the space I have.
