Any body got any experence with hearing aides on here? My wife keeps telling me i need them and i allways say huh Looks like i may have to break down and get me some. Any suggestions from any one.

All I know is they are high and your insurance doesn't pay for them. The doctor already told me my "life would be enhanced" if I wore one. I figure first time I fall in the lake it'll be ruined.

My brother was in Iraq and has hearing aides now from the bomb precussions and my dad has them. I don't know anything personally but if you tell me what you want to know I'll be glad to get the info from them and give it to you.

In the medical profession, Stone Lang on 12th St in Murray has a good reputation. Have had a few patients that have been and are very satisified.

Thanks, may give them a call. I hear that there is a implant out right now that last for three months with no batteries change, when it runs down you just replace it, any one know any thing about this?

Also, i hear that Kyle needs a implant some where else

If you guys are veterans PLZ check with local VA hospital and you can probably get them free......I told my step-dad and about it and he got FREE hearing aids and a $450. disability a month...he wasnt lookin for free of course or the disability, but I feel he earned it and he dont need the money... ....

Nope, the hearing thing was what keep me out of the service years ago, just been putting it off for years. A shotgun went off right next to my right ear several years ago when i was shooting skeet, haven't been the same since.
