I think I can hold a fishin rod better one handed than demo and tile a bathroom!
Or...if anyone wants to make it a day trip, we can do that too!

Matt I would take you up on the offer but got to many things going on around here at the moment. Basement is being refinished, then new down spouts for the front of the yard (to hopefully stop the basement flooding) and Boat house is getting totally finished on the inside and insulated.
So guess I will be busy for at lest another week.
