    BBC Golf Scramble

I just thought it'd be a good idea to make its own thread. Who all would be interested and where should we make it? I think this would be a blast! I'm not sure I personally could make it all the way out to W. Ky but let's throw out some ideas and try to get this in motion!

or you could just say ,,l,,

Kyle think....4-5 hours of beer and plenty of opportunity to make fun of people.

I'm in...I was looking for something lsat night for alittle bit and I could only find 2 courses that fairly nice and kind of centrally located. One is Lafayette which is in falls of rough(about 15 minutes from the dam) and the other is The Summit about 10 minutes east of Owensboro. That's all I could come up with but if someone has a better idea I'm open.

Roddy, you're probablt a scratch golfer in disguise.

alright, 1st we need to decide on a location. i'm for anything that is central to the majority.

2nd, are we going to have a blind draw for teams, or bring your own. i'm for the blind draw.

3rd and most importantly......who's bringing the hooter's girls?????

4th i think there are enough local BBC sponsors that we might be able to hit them up for a few prizes.

guys, if we do this right, we could make it an anual thing.

    just my $.02

    Re: BBC Golf Scramble (bassman502)

As far as where to play, here's a map showing courses in ky. I'm sure it isn't all of them but it gives a good idea anyway. If you look straight west from E-town the arrow is pointing to Lafayette. It's pretty centrally located and there are a few "budget conscious" hotels as well as the lodge at the state park on Rough within 15 minutes drive if anyone wanted to stay. Also if anyone wants to pull their boat you could fish rough as well.

Here's the link to the course. Also if you go to where it says golf it'll give you pull down tab, hit rates. Notice the twilight and evening rates. Mini-rally then golf and beer? just a thought.

Count me in. I've never played the Rough River course, it seems to be the perfect place for a mini rally, golf and beer.

You all are gonna make me dig out the clubs for the first time in 2 years but I ain't skeert.

I can see us now. We'll all be suckin so bad that after the 9th hole we head straight to the ramp and say forget this golfin chit.

The course close to Rough sounds good to me. What date are we looking at though?

I vote for a fall deal so the fishing might be half way decent since I suck arse at golf. After Roddy whips everyones ass I'll give him a little payback on the water
