Gilispie is still our coach. Tubby ball got beat bad in the NIT first round. Atleast we salvaged a terrible first half of the season and made the tournament.

I am proud of those Cats my self, i thought Billy did a heck of a job the second half of the season. Those guys played pretty darn good ball the second half. I just took him half the season for them to see exactly what he wanted oput of them.

He would probably be relatively cheap but I've heard his expense reports could bust the Treasury with those high cell phone bills!

I am just glad that Billy is finally shed of (one man show Joe) Crawford. He really proved he can wreck a team single handedly yesterday. The selfish play on his part was incredibly indulgent. I guess he wanted to show the pros what he could do. I think that he should learn from Jordan and Kobe and Iverson that putting up big numbers for yourself doesn't win games.

Re: How bout them wildcats..... (agreynolds)

I agree that early in his carreer Crawford tried to take people one on one too much, usually unsussesssfully, but in his defense this year, especially after Patterson went down he just did what he had to do. I think he carrried an otherwise cold team on his shoulders and that he made a hell of an effort yesterday.

I also think if he was capable of driving to his left instead of always going right, he might be a star.

I agree about Crawford he stepped up...

But how about them Mountaineers? That was a well played basketball game, man were both teams on or what?

I can't wait to watch em stomp a mud hole in the Duke Bluedevils.

+1, at times I've hated Crawford and Bradley but we couldnt have did with out them this year. In the second half of the season they hit some big shots and Crawfords defense was A#1

What Crawford where you watching. I might would have agreed last year but Crawford put the cats on his back Thursday. I applaud his effort and am proud of the way he and Bradly responded this year. They both stepped up jhtis year. Way to go boys.
