I am very limited on time, but those involved in the rally this year need to have a meeting to talk about the following:
>Food and Beverage for that week
>Shirts or Hats
>Sponsors and the Raffle
>Plaques and Awards
Let me know when and where you want to do this. We can even do it at my house, but that is not the most convenient for all of you.
Its possible I can make it in the evening, depending on the time and day.
