I had to buy a new computer last spring and I bought a LG 19" flat panel with it. About a month ago it went out. It had a 3 year swap warranty with it so I thought no big deal. I shipped it back and waited and waited and waited. Last week they called and the lady said they the 19" monitor's weren't scheduled for production again for another month. I jokingly said well that's ok you can just send me a 20" then. Her reply was, "ok is a wide screen ok?" It took me about 15 minutes to pick my chin back up off the floor to say "yes that's fine". SOOOO I now have a 20"widescreen flat panel for the price of a 19" and holy crap this is saaaaaaweeeeet.I've been lucky in the last year with buying products that were backed by outstnading customer service. They absolutely went out of the way to keep a customer happy and that's exactly how it should be.
