I thought about going today but I drove buy my local lake on the way home from town this morning and one look at Green changed my mind...6 ft over summer pool and the water is still coming down the lake with a yellow color. Lets see muddy 45 degree water with a 15 mph wind I think I will not fish today

I will however use the wind today. I am headed out to the building to shampoo the carpet in the boat. Once I finish I will pull it out in the driveway and let the wind dry it out.

is there any carpet shampoo you know of that will take 5 yr old stains out of carpet ????? ive tried EVERYTHING under the sun and i cant get it clean.

I have no idea on what to use on a stain that old. I have a Bissile Carpet Shampooer and have used the Bissile Shampoo and the Wally World generic brand and both do a good job for me.

One suggestion I could give is keep some type of cleaner in the boat at all times. I keep a small bottle of Bass Boat Saver in the storage compartment at all times. If I hook a bleeding fish or get a stain on the carpet I clean it immediately. I don't give it the chance to set up as a nasty stain.

Thats the price you pay for catching so many fish! I guess thats why mine looks new.

I love this weather...I have been on the water everyday since last Saturday...Catching lots of bass...Non of them big, but quite a few 4-5 lb's...Oh, I forgot...I an Florida for 2 weeks...I need to move here, this is awesome...Sorry your weather sucks...

I am with you on that. Those couple of warmer days are just a tease then we get smacked in the face again with the cold.
