Looks like us Tennessee boys put the hurt on you Kentuckians! I will say it was a close one though with some nice fish caught, maybe if I would have been feeling a little better we could have taken big fish also.
All joking aside, it was good meeting all of you, we have some real quality guys on BBC and especially the IN/KY/OH/TN club. And for all those slickheads that Greg and Mike had

1st place Dover and myself with two overs, 10# 10oz
2nd place Greg and Mike with two overs, 9# 14oz

Big Bass (Largemouth) David and Bill 6# 10oz

Think I got the weights correct, if not they are pretty close.

By the way, here is a pic of the third 21" we caught and had to throw back.

It was good meeting you and Joe out there Jeff and all of the other BBCer's that I got to put a face to name as well . I had a blast as I always do when I get to fish Dale. Did the bite just completely die off at about 11AM or was that just Bill and I?

Now that my finger are thawed out, here is some of our best today.

We caught fish all the way up until time to run to the weigh-in

1st - Over - 21 1/4



We end up with 6 - 2lb Largemouth & 1 - 2lb Spot




2nd - Over 21 - 5lbs 2oz

Bill wieghed an over SM also at 4lb 10oz.... 5 over out of 7 boats and a big ol largemouth DPage boated.... I want to see a pic of that fish. I believe that is more over 21" fish than some of the bigger T's in the last month or two. Nice job to all!!

man you guys did fantastic. Bob and I had two bites but missed them early, and then nothing the rest of the day. we left at 4:24 but I have to say great job to the winners and looking forward to fishing with you all again real soon. It was great to finally put faces to the names and WOW I have a lot to learn.

That was the first rally I've be able to go to and it was a good to meet some of you on here. Hopefully that'll be the first of many I attend.

David boated some nice fish today. He boated this beauty (notice that he is not extending his arm) along with several 3- 4 lb smallies. It was good to fish with you David.

Bill it was great wishing with you as well. I had a great time out time out there with you today. Bill got him some really good fish today too. Both of us noticed that A LOT of them had a really pale color to them too so they had obviosly been in some very deep water. That picture is hillarious, I look like I have to go #2 real bad.

I really miss fishing the winter rally this year. Hopefully next year my wife will be down in Cadiz with me so I can do fishing trips that require more than 1 day. I will continue organizing baits and cleaning reels for the time being.

Man there were some pigs caught today. Greg/Mike and Bob/Steve both said they blanked yesterday and then I think we had 6 overs out of 7 boats today if I remember right. What the heck was so different other than air temp???? Jeff C., that fish is so fat is looks like it's full of eggs!

dpage, We thought that the bite would have been early and I believe we were right. Probably need to fish deeper than we were. We were marking fish at certain places but I believe we were over them rather than out from them. We tried the fly also (I never fished it before) So for me to learn a new technique was cool. And Saturday we learned that bass boats do not always work in 6 degrees Great meeting you and look forward to coming back soon.
