Wacked'em on Barkley Today

Found a new brush pile and some rocks on a point today and we caught a ton of fish. In the morning we caught around 45 from 5:30am-9am lots of 1-2# and a few 3-4lb. Went in around 9:30 because my wife was leaving out today. Then went back out around 2pm-6pm and still caught fish off that brushpile. Jigs and Crankbaits!!

Did hit some boat docks around 3pm and caught several nice fish and lost 2 big fish in the metal bars that tie them together.

All in all though it was one of the better days I have had on the water in a while.

Sounds great! Me and my son are going to get up about 2am and head to Barren and fish until noon or so. I figure if I can find em' shallow at night I can back out a little during the day.

Sounds like a great day Billy. I went to Brookville Lake in SE Indiana aka...The Dead Sea." and did manage to catch a really nice channel catfish dragging a tube!!
